The Service

Ideanza helps you generate, schedule, and publish social media content for Facebook and Instagram. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and the policies of the platforms you publish to.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Violate the terms or policies of Meta or any connected platform.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.
• Send spam or content you are not authorized to post.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and publish it solely to provide the Service at your direction. You are responsible for the content you publish.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (e.g. Meta, our AI provider). Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at checkout. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideanza will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
