Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Ideanza (“Ideanza,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and application (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information. Your email address and authentication details, handled by our authentication provider (Supabase). If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile and email.
Business profile. The details you enter about your business — name, industry, description, audience, brand voice, goals, offers, calls to action, and example posts — used to generate content.
Content you create. Generated and edited posts, captions, hashtags, schedules, and any images you upload.
Connected social accounts. When you connect Meta (Facebook/Instagram), we store the Page/Instagram account identifiers and access tokens needed to publish on your behalf. Tokens are encrypted at rest and are never exposed to the browser.
Usage data. Basic technical logs (e.g. job status, errors) used to operate and debug the Service.

How we use your information

To provide the Service: generate content, schedule, and publish.
To publish posts to your connected Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts at your direction.
To authenticate you and secure your account.
To operate, maintain, debug, and improve the Service.
To communicate with you about your account or support requests.

AI processing

To generate content, your business profile and post prompts are sent to a third-party AI provider that processes them to return text. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train third-party models beyond what is necessary to fulfil your request.

Sharing & third parties

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service:

Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
Meta Platforms — to publish content you schedule, via the Meta Graph API.
AI provider — to generate content from your prompts.
Hosting providers — to serve the website and run background jobs.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account or a workspace, the associated content, connected accounts, and tokens are deleted (see Delete my data). Backups and logs may persist for a limited period before being overwritten.

Security

We use row-level security to isolate each customer’s data, encrypt social tokens at rest, and restrict access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data from within the app, or by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
